The place itself is beautiful, but sadly the staff experience wasn’t good. We were a big group staying one night. One of the women working there asked to borrow a phone charger for an hour, then disappeared. The next day we struggled to find anyone so we could pay for the rooms. When we finally did, after about 10 minutes, they didn’t return the charger, which wasn’t cheap. The woman was terrible, and they said we couldn’t prove we’d handed it to her. That was not right. The food was nice, but way overpriced.

The location is the best part: right in central Narni, with a breathtaking view. It’s a former convent, and they still run activities for kids, so it’s a popular place. The rooms are very basic, but clean. We would have appreciated a few sachets of shower gel or shampoo. Breakfast is included, though it’s quite limited, with packaged food, toast, a few jams, and pastries. The staff were kind and helpful, and answered our questions. For the price, I’d definitely recommend the experience.

The common areas and garden are wonderful, and the property is right in the heart of Narni. Rooms are a bit like dorm rooms, but it is a hostel. The price is very affordable. I didn’t use the amenities.

This former convent is simple, but clean and tidy, and we had a great stay about a month ago. The staff gave us a warm welcome and were genuinely kind and helpful. We weren’t staying in the hostel, so our assigned room was large, clean, and good value. Breakfast was basic, but had everything we needed. It’s in a great central spot for visiting Narni. There’s also parking on site for guests, which is really handy given the location. We hope to come back soon!
