There are lots of positives here: clean, orderly, quiet apartments with nice decor and all the comforts you need. You're only minutes from the sea but away from the usual seaside resort bustle. Shops, bars, a pharmacy, home savings, a gas station, and a car wash are all within a hundred meters, and there's parking too. The shaded veranda and outdoor space with a swing and armchairs are lovely. You also get air conditioning, hot water, and a comfortable bed. It's ideal if you want to enjoy the sea and relax. Patrizia and Gabriella are wonderful hosts. When I mentioned coffee makers, they brought me a machine and a full pack of pods just a few minutes later.

The apartments are clean and well equipped, with a shared garden and plenty of parking outside. It's a charming, well-kept place in a private setting, tucked behind a gas station and a large household goods store. There's a bar and pharmacy nearby.

Patrizia is attentive, welcoming, and discreet, and we'll be back soon. I'm a mother of two, one child allergic to dust and the other a newborn, so cleanliness is an obsession for me at the moment. I came for a weekend with my usual rag and spray bottle, but there was no need to use them. The residence was impeccably clean. There's outdoor space with games and places to relax, making it great for families or couples. It's excellent for a short stay in Nettuno. I highly recommend it.

I slept so well here, and the sea is only a few steps away. The apartment is small but comfortable, clean, and has everything you need. Too bad there isn't a pool, because that would make it an A+. I’ll definitely come back. 😘😃
