Althea Etna Garden

The town was delightful, and the host pointed us to places to eat that were absolutely perfect. Our room was superb, and parking was free on the street right outside the B&B the whole time. It was one of my favourite stops on our 3 week road trip around Sicily. For Mt Etna, the location worked perfectly. If you're flying from Catania airport with a rental car, it's about a 40-60 minute drive depending on traffic, so it suited us well before an afternoon flight. The host was welcoming, and I'd definitely stay here again on a future trip.

Ruben was a wonderful, communicative host, and Kevin was great too. Ruben even helped us arrange our Mount Etna tour, which went much better than if we'd tried to plan it ourselves. The house and grounds are beautiful and clean, right across from a lovely city park. There are plenty of restaurants, bars and a Gelateria less than a block away, and Nicolosi is a cute, clean town. We loved the property and plan to stay here again when we come back to Sicily.

The pool was a great bonus, and our room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was provided each day. We were just a five-minute walk from the town square and from the Dex for groceries. Couldn't have been happier with our host, and the whole stay was fabulous.

We stayed here before trekking on Etna and really enjoyed our time. Breakfast was included, which was especially handy for an early checkout. The room was bright, clean and modern, with everything we needed. Thanks so much for the kind hospitality and nice accommodation. Best regards, see you again.
