Cettina is such an incredible hostess. She loves welcoming people and does her best to make you feel at home, and the breakfast is more than just the best you'll ever eat. Everything is homemade, from the pies and juices to the biscuits. Her grandmother's biscuits are the best. Every detail is taken care of, and the beds are shining clean. We stayed at Polifemo in June 2017 and it was pure joy. If we ever visit Sicily again, we'll stay there.

We loved staying here and were so sad to leave. The place is clean, beautiful, and quiet, and the breakfast was delicious and colorful. The house owner was amazing, warm, hospitable, and kind.

The rooms were recently done, clean, and nicely decorated, and the place was quiet while still close to shops and good restaurants. Orazio and Cettina welcomed us warmly and shared useful tips about the Etna and the area. We'd highly recommend this place.
