Free parking right outside and beach service included made things easy. We stayed for 10 days in August. Antonio, the owner, speaks English really well. Our room was quiet and clean, with air conditioning, a small fridge, and a hairdryer. It had everything we needed to be comfortable. The rooms are cleaned daily, and guests can use the laundry if they need to. Highly recommend!

Clean hotel, and a nice place to stay. There’s no breakfast.

Monia, the owner, was kind and very helpful, and the place was peaceful. It was also a handy base for driving to Foligno, Perugia, Assisi, Spoleto, Spello, Rasiglia, Norcia, and Gubbio, where the giant Christmas tree is spectacular. We stayed in December and had a fantastic time.

Mr. Antonio was professional and kind, and free parking beside the hotel was a real plus. It’s a small hotel, but well equipped. The rooms are airy and have air conditioning, a TV, and a refrigerator. They were cleaned daily, with fresh towels, and the rooms and bathrooms were tidy.

Antonio, the owner, was so helpful that he even offered rides to and from the station. The property is spotless, with welcoming spaces, and the price was very good for what you get. I highly recommend it.
