Mr. Davide got in touch before we arrived and shared all the information we needed, which was so helpful. The rooms were clean, and the apartment was spacious and very handy for parking despite being right in the city center, close to all amenities. It was our first time staying in an apartment, and we were surprised to find everything we needed, including linens and toiletries, plus coffee machine capsules. It exceeded our expectations!

Davide was extremely kind, and the service was excellent. The apartment was impeccably clean, and when I asked about checking in a little early, it was no problem. I got the access details on WhatsApp in the morning and was able to check in at 3:00 PM. Highly recommended. I’ll definitely return when I need a place to stay.

Pet-friendly, with excellent soundproofing. The apartment is clean, modern, and fully equipped, right in the center of Nizza Monferrato. It’s also very easy to reach by car, with free parking in front of the building. The best in Nizza Monferrato!

The complex has thoughtful details throughout, and we’d like to come back. The apartment is comfortable, with a nice terrace, and the location is excellent and central.
