I’ve stayed here twice, and both times the apartment was impeccable, with everything in its place and nothing missing. The owner is kind, friendly and always available if you need help or information, and makes you feel at home. There are towels for every guest, kitchen dishes, and a coffee maker with pods ready to go. The bedrooms and dining/living room have air conditioning, and there are plasma TVs in both the bedroom and living room, plus electric shutters. It’s also very convenient for the center and train station. A comfortable, pleasant place to stay.

Quiet but handy for the center, this modern apartment is spotlessly clean. Pizzerias, supermarkets, a pharmacy and bars are all close by, and it’s well stocked if you want to eat in. It has all the comforts you need and works really well for families with small children. The owners are very kind and welcoming.

Giuseppe, the kind and helpful owner, recommended an excellent pizzeria just steps away. The apartment itself was beautifully furnished, clean and welcoming, with all the comforts, in a quiet but convenient spot. I’ll definitely return!

On via Solimena, this fully renovated home feels carefully put together, from the linen curtains and well-kept fine furniture to the custom kitchen with its huge American-style fridge. Even the brass tap shows attention to detail. The owner is very kind and courteous. As a welcome gesture, he left two 2-liter bottles of water and one half-liter bottle in the fridge, as well as coffee pods. There are three recycling bins under the sink. The large bedroom and living room both have air conditioning, and the TV has a surround speaker system. The home is called "dell'artista" in honor of the owner's father-in-law. His paintings hang on the walls with spotlights to illuminate them. There’s also a huge mosaic by him in the entry floor, and the tiles behind the cooktop and the bedroom divider are his work too. The bathroom is spacious and has a bathtub, though a shower curtain would help keep the floor from flooding when you stand up to shower. There are radiators as well. The ornaments all belong to the owner and his wife. They lived here for several years and clearly care about the place. Renting it out means they trust their guests, and we appreciated that trust. Our daughter has been taught not to touch ornaments at home, so she behaves the same way in other people’s homes. Highly recommended. We’ll keep it in mind for our next visits to Nocera inferiore.
