Borgo Castello Panicaglia

Our wedding at the Borgo on 2 Sep 2025 was everything we'd hoped for, and the team made our vision real. From our first visit on 9 May 2024, when we met Mira, through all the emails and video calls, right up to the wedding, the whole process felt seamless. Emma, Desiree, and Nahdia took care of everything on the day. Mira, thank you for showing us the dream and persuading us to choose the Borgo. Nahdia, thank you for sorting out the last-minute plans with Bella Trio and helping Tokyo, our dog, get down the aisle. Desiree, you kept the room arrangements and setup immaculate and stayed on top of all the many wedding details. Emma, you stayed calm through the big day's rush, handled the ceremony music, made the outdoor dinner happen despite the silly weather, and finished with fireworks. Perfection, perfection, perfection. We're so grateful to the whole team for being patient, flexible, kind, and accommodating. Thank you for handling last-minute changes, adapting to the ever-changing weather, looking out for us, and making our guests feel at home. You planned, coordinated, and made sure our needs were met, and every staff member showed up for us. We can't thank you all enough for making our wedding dreams come true from 1-3 Sep 2025.

We were there for my brother's wedding, and the whole hotel was devoted to the event during our two-and-a-half-day stay. The team made a world-class impression: they were professional, thoughtful, and attentive to every detail. Giovanni welcomed each guest personally, showed us to our rooms, and gave us a lovely introduction to the hotel. The service stayed warm and seamless throughout. The hotel is stunning, and every room is beautiful in its own distinctive way. Everything went perfectly, and all the guests had a wonderful time. We'd recommend it for a wedding or any special occasion. We'll never forget the experience.

This was our third stay at Borgo Castello Panicaglia, and this time we celebrated our wedding there. Our guests were amazed by the beautiful property, comfortable rooms, and especially the staff's warmth and dedication. We had three days with our wild friends and loving family, and even with all the chaos, the Borgo team gave us the best service we've had anywhere in the world. They worked tirelessly behind the scenes and always seemed a step ahead, taking care of everyone and making each moment feel special. The rooms are phenomenal, with lovely design, plenty of comfort, and lots of character. The event team and planners supported us throughout, then ran the wedding day like a well-oiled machine. So many guests told us it was the best wedding they'd attended, and we know the team made that happen. They're skilled and also genuinely kind, passionate people who put their hearts into the work. We'd do it all again every year if we could. We'll definitely return for a holiday or vow renewals. It's a dream of a place. And the food was incredible!!!

The hosts make you feel special, and the place itself is fantastic, with lovely views, activities, and simple but delicious food. It's also a great base for exploring Puglia.
