The team was welcoming and professional, and they paid close attention to us throughout. Everything was clean and well organized, with care put into the details. I was pleasantly surprised by how good and quick the service was. I recommend it 100%!

I was relieved to have stayed just one night at this “resort.” The trullo looks beautiful, but the stay itself was a nightmare, and the value for money was terrible. Inside it was damp, dirty, and dusty, with cobwebs, insects, and scorpions. I left after the night feeling chilled and completely worn out by the humidity. The pool was below standard and unsuitable, with no ladder for getting in and no shade except a brick awning that only helped for part of the morning. The rest of the day, you were left baking in the sun. Breakfast was a poor choice if you wanted something light: there was only tiramisu and a small tart meant to serve around ten people. The property was hard to find, with no directions or signs, and the owner didn’t respond to our message saying we were about to arrive. The trullo is potentially beautiful, but only on the surface. Reviews don’t always tell you enough.

The rooms were impressively clean, and the owners gave fantastic service. Breakfast was sweet and Italian, with delicious coffee. It’s an atmospheric place and a good base for exploring the region.

We felt at home here. The hotel is in a very quiet spot, with a great location for visiting other towns, and the personal service was exquisite.
