The historic centre of Noci gives Santa Rosa Relais a peaceful, charming setting, and the hotel itself is beautiful, spotless and thoughtfully designed. The staff were kind and attentive from the moment I arrived, making me feel welcome and taking care of every detail with warmth and professionalism. Breakfast was fresh, delicious and nicely presented, with enough variety to make each morning feel special. I had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend it for comfort, quality and genuine hospitality. I can’t wait to come back!

In the middle of Noci city center, this is a lovely little boutique hotel with beautiful interiors. The owner, Miriam, is incredibly welcoming and sweet, and she makes the breakfast herself, which feels pretty rare these days. A real gem, highly recommended if you're in the area.

The owner and the rest of the team were wonderful, always nearby with a big, genuine smile. We stayed for three nights right at the start of September, and were glad to have this beautiful hotel as a base for exploring the region. It’s a historic building turned into a luxury hotel, with lovely details and corners that are a pleasure to look at. Noci and its centro storico are among the quietest places in Puglia, but there’s still life around. It’s an ideal spot to relax and explore the area.
