We picked this lovely setting for our daughter's Confirmation and had a wonderful day. The food was good, and the service was courteous and professional. We'll come back next time.

My daughter's first communion here was a great experience. The place was very beautiful, the food excellent, and the DJ great. The staff were helpful and professional, and I especially want to thank the chef and Mariana, who I got to spend a little more time with. I'll be back.

The restaurant later contacted us to offer a “restorative lunch,” but that belated gesture felt completely inappropriate and did nothing to undo our experience. We had booked the venue for our son's baptism, a joyful event, and expected professionalism. The day before, my father-in-law was unexpectedly and seriously hospitalized, so with great regret we had to postpone. We called right away and said we understood that we would lose the €100 deposit. Instead, faced with an obvious emergency, we found no human understanding. The restaurant insisted on charging another €500 for “expenses already paid.” We paid it to avoid adding more stress to an already awful situation. During a crisis, a manager’s professionalism should show in empathy and flexibility. We encountered coldness and what felt like a focus on money. A restaurant’s quality is measured by how it treats people as well as by its food. Our rating can only be the lowest. If you’re arranging an important event, think carefully: if something unexpected happens, you may be treated as a problem rather than a customer.
