We were delighted with our stay and would definitely return. The rooms were cozy, clean, air-conditioned, and had a refrigerator. Breakfast was delicious, generous, and varied, with homemade jams and homemade Noto bread. The owner welcomed us warmly and was helpful, and Alessandro gave us tips for seeing Noto and the surrounding area. The service felt truly special. We highly recommend trying it.

My husband chose this place after reading all the glowing reviews, but I’m left wondering what people expect from a B&B. We didn’t find it wonderful. The room was clean, but a water pump kept running at regular intervals all night. There wasn’t even a bottle of water in the fridge when we arrived, and breakfast was meager, practically nonexistent. The only time we met the owner was when we paid. I’ll never recommend it to anyone.

The room was a 10 out of 10. We stayed in the annex beside the main building. It has its own street entrance, was impeccably clean, spacious, and well furnished, with everything new. The wide double bed had a very comfortable mattress. There was also a TV, fridge, mirrored wardrobe, desk, armchair, electric kettle, safe, and good lighting. It was quiet, too. The bathroom had a window, a good shower with a glass screen, bidet, hairdryer, ceramic floors, and high-quality towels. The location is good, on a quiet street about a four-minute walk from the bus station, Porta Ferdinandea, and Corso V Emanuele. The owner let us check in two hours before our reservation time, and we could leave our luggage after check-out. Breakfast, though, was a very unpleasant surprise compared with the main advertising photo showing homemade focaccia and cakes. What we got was mediocre in quality and variety, with only homemade jams. There was no focaccia, no sweet cake, and not even basic things like bread and butter. The young woman serving didn’t offer a second coffee, so we had to ask, and she seemed in a hurry for us to leave. The forks and knives were dirty. Be aware that the terrace and breakfast room are on the second floor, with no elevator. Breakfast: 3 stars.

It was quite quiet despite being between two roads, one of them a provincial road. The double-glazed windows helped cut down both outside noise and temperature changes. In colder weather, though, the rooms felt quite damp, even with the air conditioning on, and the beds could use better bedding. The location is very close to the center, with convenient parking, at least in winter. Among Noto’s many B&Bs, this one offers some of the best value for money. Good overall.
