Vincenzo and his family and team made us feel at home with their warm Sicilian hospitality and the care they put into their homegrown produce. We especially loved the cooking class, which is a must. Breakfast and dinner were made and served with a love of food and hospitality we’ve rarely experienced on our travels. Vincenzo also gave us excellent tips for exploring locally. We’d gladly return to Sicily and stay again.

We had a memorable visit to AgriBarocco. The food was excellent, and it felt as farm-to-table as it gets. Service was friendly and quick to respond. The location is somewhat out of the way, but it’s a good base for day trips to nearby towns.

The quiet, intimate feel was a big part of what made this stay so memorable. There are only a few bungalows, and it’s a lovely place to slow down and enjoy local organic food at breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Vincenzo and his fiancée Vanessa were excellent hosts and ready to help with anything. We were also treated to fresh fruit picked straight from the trees by Vincenzo’s father, including some kinds we’d never tried before. We brought our dog, and everyone welcomed her so warmly that she even got her own scrambled egg at breakfast. Truly an amazing place to stay, and I’d recommend spending several nights here.

The setting feels wonderfully close to nature, while still being a comfortable, special stay. Each secluded apartment has its own pool, and a short walk through the orange farm takes you to the main pool and greenhouse. There are only a few apartments, so it’s peaceful. Vincenzo is thoughtful and lovely to host with, and his partner is a delight and cooks delicious food. Breakfast and dinner in the greenhouse were unforgettable. Our two-year-old loved the pools, the space, the food, and the kittens. The main pool has a broad shallow area, and the private pool was just the right size for them. It’s also a great base for visiting towns in every direction. The photos don’t quite capture how magical it is. We’ll definitely stay again.
