We wanted to cancel as soon as we found out about the pool rules, but the owner refused to refund us. We argued for hours and never got our money back. I'd also paid the tourist tax by card, and he asked me to write my bank details on a piece of paper so he could return it later. That never happened. The pool requirement hadn't been mentioned before arrival: you could only swim wearing rubber caps that they sold, with no other option. When we asked to see the pool first, it was dirty, with algae and residue around the edges. The man at reception said the cleaning machine was broken (!!), but told us we could still swim if we wore the caps. A terrible experience with dishonest and unprofessional owners. This place is run by liars and cheats. Absolutely disgusting, avoid it at all costs!

Lovely hosts, and the rooms are brand new in a restored farmhouse. The place is clean, beautiful, and relaxing. I'd recommend it! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

So quiet and peaceful. It's a great spot if you want to relax, with Noto and the beaches still reachable by car. The staff are simply amazing. I really hope I can come back.

We spent 3 days here in October 2025, and came away disappointed. The rooms are lovely, but there's very little in the way of facilities. With so few guests, probably because it was off-season, the place felt empty. The location is very remote, which makes the lack of a restaurant, shop, or anything similar a real shame. You can't cook for yourself either. Breakfast was mostly non-perishable food, and the cakes and cookies on display looked stale. The swimming pool could do with some attention. It seems like it may once have been a beautiful spot, but it doesn't feel very lively now. The place has potential, but isn't making use of it. For us, it wasn't worth the price.

Giusy and Emanuele made us feel welcome and went out of their way to meet our needs, even letting us have pizza delivered right to the property. The pool was in good condition, and there's a pine forest within walking distance. The farmhouse, which used to be a convent, is beautiful and refined, surrounded by nature and wonderfully peaceful. As you walk around the grounds, you can spot archaeological finds and gardens. Highly recommended.
