The result was a damaged car and a ruined holiday, with no apology. I found the place unsafe for both people and vehicles, with no apparent regard for others’ safety. When problems came up, reception was confusing and wouldn’t even answer the phone. The apartment was uncomfortable, dirty, and badly maintained, and the website photos gave a misleading impression. Booking in February and paying the deposit went smoothly, and they were punctual and excellent at that point. After that, it was one disappointment after another. Be careful where you book, I’d absolutely avoid this place.

The beachfront apartment was filthy, old, rusty and smelly, with ants in the bathroom. Check-in took 45 minutes. We’d booked a week, but after that first night, which felt forced, we left.

We had a great time with the beach package. The sea was spectacular, and the beach was well equipped, with clean bathrooms and both hot and cold showers. Our first-floor apartment was just steps from Agua Beach and had two bedrooms, a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a nice terrace for eating outside. It had everything we needed, and the on-site parking was especially convenient.
