The staff were really friendly, and breakfast was the best we had in Italy. Rooms are clean, modern, and spacious. You can walk to the center of Noto in about five minutes, making it a great base for a visit.

We liked the spacious, quiet rooms and their lovely furnishings so much that we extended our original three-night booking by two nights after arriving. The hotel staff were professional, very friendly, and ready to help with whatever we needed. Highly recommended!

The staff were so lovely that I hope I can return and give them a hug. They were friendly and helpful throughout, even wearing medical masks during covid while doing their best to look after guests. The breakfast, room cleaning, greetings, and trip suggestions were all spot on. Hotel Simon Bolivar made our ten-day summer holiday feel completely perfect. Its location is wonderful, about five minutes on foot from central Noto, with top-level cafes, restaurants, and the charm of a world cultural heritage site. The main cities in southeastern Sicily are also reachable by car in about an hour. Grazie mille! Vi auguro tutto il meglio!

Breakfast isn’t formally provided now. Instead, a complimentary basket of packaged, processed snacks is brought to the room each evening. Since there’s a pasticceria next door, perhaps the hotel could partner with them or offer coupons so guests can choose fresh pastries. The rooms were spotless, with soft sheets, slippers, and generous toiletries, and the staff were friendly. The residential area is about a ten-minute walk from the center. Free parking is available right outside the hotel on the square.
