The price was very fair, €180 for four nights, and Mrs. Franca even stopped by after two days to bring us fresh towels. She was a delight, kind, extremely helpful, and very efficient. The location worked well for visiting central Noto and places around it, including Marzamemi, Avola, Syracuse and Ortigia, Portopalo di Capopassero, and Fontane Bianche. Free parking is nearby, along with a supermarket, bar, greengrocer, and pizzeria. I had a very positive stay and will definitely come back.

Just a few minutes on foot from central Noto, and right next to the delicious Mangiafico pastry shop. Mrs. Patrizia was welcoming and very kind. The room was clean and had all the essentials for an easy stay. Recommended.

Good morning, I'm the owner of this property and want to reply to people posting untruthful reviews. One woman called me "unpleasant" because I told her and her daughter they needed to wear masks if I was going to host them. They were furious and, as COVID-19 deniers, refused to follow the laws then in force requiring masks both indoors and outdoors. Another person said the room was a dump. If she didn't like it, she could have turned around and left rather than staying even one night. It's easy to post a review, whether it's true or simply meant to harm a property's image. Check Booking for the real reviews. As for breakfast, this is a guesthouse, not a B&B, so breakfast isn't included. Google doesn't update the prices seasonally and instead shows a flat rate. Please check the room price before you arrive.
