Dimora delle Balze

We felt cared for throughout our visit to Dimora delle Balze. The staff were warm, gracious and genuinely attentive, with kind gestures and useful recommendations that made the whole experience better. Dario deserves a special thanks for showing us around the grounds more than once. The peaceful estate among rolling hills and olive groves is beautifully designed, with manicured gardens, quiet courtyards and magazine-worthy details. The restored, rustic luxury is breathtaking. We also loved the on-site restaurant. Each morning, breakfast in the courtyard, with homemade pastries and local fruit, was a highlight. From arrival to departure, everything went smoothly. We’re already looking forward to returning. Thanks to the whole team, from the front desk to the spa and restaurant.

Calm, stylish and beautiful, with wonderful views and a fantastic pool. The breakfast was the best I’ve had in ages. Could this be the most beautiful hotel in Sicily?

We ate at the restaurant one evening and it’s a must, with gorgeous food centered on local produce. The small, tucked-away spa looks out over the valley, and the massage was amazing. Service was a little uneven, our only minor complaint. The hotel is a special little boutique place made by restoring an old farmhouse. Rooms sit around courtyards, while the pool and restaurant are in a separate newer area. It’s a beautiful, stylish restoration that suits the original building.
