Dimora Santagatha

We'd love to come back. The hotel is right in the centre of Noto, just a short walk from restaurants, and the team helped us book places to eat and suggested stops for our Sicily tour. Service was excellent throughout, and breakfast in the morning was excellent too. Our suite was a pleasure to stay in. It's a lovely boutique hotel with a strong focus on design and appearance.

We first assumed Alessandra owned Dimora Santagatha because she takes such pride in this top-tier property. She runs an incredible team, and her warmth, professionalism, and attention to every need turned our planned two-night visit into four. Her guide to Noto's best dining, wineries, and sights was a huge bonus. We’ll be telling everyone we know to visit Noto and stay at Dimora Santagatha. Bravo to Alessandra and the staff.

Alessandra also pointed us to great restaurants in Noto and nearby cities. Her suggestion to try the wine tasting at Feudo Maccari was sensational, thank you! The location made it easy to get to the main street in just a few minutes on foot. We loved our room and the courtyard, and the common area was comfortable for sitting. Breakfasts were tasty, with plenty of fruit, great yogurt, and a nice range of egg dishes.

What made the stay so pleasant was the constant warmth, kindness, and professionalism from Alessandra and the whole team, especially the kitchen staff. That kind of hospitality and generosity is hard to come by when traveling, and we really appreciated it. Grazie mille, everyone, and see you again soon!
