We got the dates wrong and tried to correct the booking quickly, within about half an hour. We hadn't meant to keep the room. Even so, the hotel insisted, very rudely, on charging a cancellation fee, although the website clearly said cancellation would be free. Their communication was unfriendly and made us feel they were trying to take advantage of us. I can't recommend it.

The arty rooms were comfortable, and there’s a welcoming shared space. It’s also very handy for the main sights and public transport, with the train station about a five-minute walk away. Loved this modern, authentic apartment, designed and owned by a Sicilian architect. ❤️

You couldn’t ask for a better spot, just a one-minute walk from the Duomo. The apartment is beautifully decorated, with old tiles and comfortable beds. Stylish, really, and the owner was very friendly and helpful.

The bed was comfortable and the location is great, but it’s noisy and there’s no Wi-Fi.
