Inside, the room was new and clean, so no complaints there. But we arrived to a sewage smell, probably from the bidet or sink. Since the room is on the ground floor, we had to keep the windows closed and couldn’t easily get rid of it. The refrigerator was switched off, and both it and the air conditioning were very noisy. The welcome also felt a bit slapdash. We stayed just one night, and that was enough.

It’s quiet here, away from the city noise, so you won’t be woken up in the morning. The owner even offered us breakfast, and our clean room had everything we needed. The place does feel a little damp, though. Still, if you’re visiting Noto, I’d say it’s a must-stay for a calmer spot outside the city bustle.

The owners were genuinely kind and relaxed, and we appreciated their warm welcome. The rooms turned out to be new, clean, and well equipped, with good air conditioning and a peaceful feel. From the outside, you might not give the place €2, but it’s a pleasant surprise inside. It’s also well placed for Noto and Marzamemi. I’d recommend staying here.

The solarium is lovely, and the hot tub is great. This place has been renovated since my stay last year, and it’s much nicer now. Gianni and Matilde are such friendly people, I felt at home, and the dogs Asia and Trottolina are sociable too. It’s well located for the beach and for visiting Noto, Vendettari, and Marzamemi. Good value, and I’ll be back.
