There’s plenty of free parking on site, and the location works well. The rooms are large, clean, with a roomy bathroom and balcony. The place can feel a bit lifeless, though that’s understandable in Noto during the late or off season. It had what I needed.

A park sits just behind the hotel, and the city centre is close by. The views around the area are fantastic, the rooms are big, and the service was excellent. Great location.

Parking was really easy, and breakfast was great. We only stayed a short time, but it was a pleasant visit at this very nice hotel near the entrance to Noto.

The staff at Grand Hotel Sofia handled every request so thoughtfully, even arranging delivery of a surprise gift. We stayed in the junior suite and had a fantastic time. The service was exceptional and the price felt excellent for what we got. Thanks to the whole team for making it memorable.

We had a wonderful stay from Aug 7 to the 14, with our group of 20 from Canada and Italy. The dining room staff were all helpful, and Giovanni at the pool bar was especially sweet and attentive to what we needed. At check-in, Giorgio was fantastic and gave great customer service. I’d also like to thank Carlotta, who helped so much with planning the trip and accommodation from the start, and Stefano for his suggestions and knowledge of Sicilian culture and history. The location and facilities are easy to recommend, and I hope to come back soon.
