We enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean and spacious, though the bathrooms felt a little small. It’s a bit far from the center.

It’s tucked away from the busy areas, about a ten-minute walk to the beach and twenty minutes on foot into Marzamemi. The room was large and very comfortable, with a balcony, and the bathroom was immaculate. The staff spoke only a little English, and our Italian isn’t good, but we managed to communicate. They were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was more than adequate, with a buffet selection to suit different tastes.

We stayed for three nights and could park our car safely. Quite a few things were fairly close by, too. My partner and I had an amazing hotel stay, with lovely service.

We stayed one night in January on the way to Modica and Agriento, and had a great stay. The B&B is in a quiet neighborhood, with a comfortable bed, clean room, strong shower, terrace, and parking on site. The WiFi signal was weak.
