We had the whole two-story house to ourselves, and it was absolutely beautiful and clean. The city was just a few minutes away on foot. So far, it’s been our best accommodation in Sicily.

The owner was very kind and helpful, and the price seemed quite reasonable given how close the apartment is to the center of Noto. Still, I was bothered by the musty smell. It’s an old basement apartment that’s been renovated, and the upstairs bedroom has only a small window. I think it could use a thorough cleaning.

With two double bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen, the apartment also has air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a TV, and a hairdryer. It’s in Noto’s historic center, fitting beautifully into the Baroque surroundings. The place is charming and furnished with originality and good taste, and the owner is available.

We were thrilled with how clean it was. If rustic charm and being near the city center appeal to you, it’s a great place to stay. There’s free Wi-Fi and parking. We paid just €35 for one night in 2017. 😉😙
