Our room, number 3, had serious problems, so I don't agree with the other reviews. Its two windows faced a dirty, run-down enclosed balcony where the air conditioners blew out hot air. There was no way to open them, which meant no ventilation or view outside. It felt like a coffin. The sheet doubling as a mattress cover was dirty, and the pillows were so high they could leave you with a stiff neck. The bidet spray was broken and leaked when turned on. The TV also seemed poorly tiled. The room may look like a bargain at first, but with these issues I can't recommend the place. The price is exorbitant, especially with breakfast not included. Please.

We found parking easily outside the restricted traffic zone, and the balcony looked onto the main avenue, so the location was very central. The room was lovely, clean, and decorated with taste. The young woman who welcomed us and the owner on the phone were both very kind. Only issue was a bad smell from the toilet in the morning. It hadn't been there the night before, so it may just have been a coincidence and something that can be fixed. See you next time!

The location was excellent and our room was very nice, but the bathroom had no toilet seat, which really makes a difference. Breakfast at the bar was sparse, just a pastry and cappuccino. Other places on our Sicily tour at the same price offered a richer, more varied breakfast. If this B&B can arrange to serve something better on site, we think it would earn a higher rating.

Everything was there, from a comfortable mattress and a roomy, practical shower to a minibar kept stocked with cold drinks. The room was large, spotless, and stylishly furnished down to the smallest detail. Daily cleaning was a given. It's a newly renovated property, and the management knows how to look after guests. Flawless, one of the best places I've stayed, and definitely the best in Sicily.

I live in Noto, so I've never stayed here, but I still gave it an excellent rating. The place is beautiful, right in the center and just steps from Piazza XVI Maggio, or Piazza Ercole as we residents call it. I'd recommend it to tourists visiting Noto, and if I were a visitor myself, I'd stay here. It's wonderful, stunning, and unique. Compliments to the owner.
