Andrea went out of his way to help us, and the care we received made a real difference. Earlier in our trip, we'd had an unsettling stay at a five-star hotel on the Algarve, so being treated with such kindness and dignity here meant a lot. The place itself was clean, pleasant, and well located. From the terrace, we got a special view of the city, and even the pullout sofa bed was comfortable. Breakfast was marvelous.

The staff were so friendly, and our spacious room was very clean with great water pressure. You’re right above Cafe SICILIA, in an unbeatable spot. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we had in Sicily. I’d highly recommend this hotel.

Everything about the property felt charming, and the breakfast buffet looked like a painting and tasted like heaven. Our spacious suite had a balcony directly above the world famous Caffe Sicilia, which was so convenient. The host even helped me park the car. It felt like a Sicilian dream of a hotel.

The hotel is on a pedestrian-only street lined with dozens of restaurants, so parking is a bear. We left the car on the street two blocks uphill, and you'll want walking shoes. Once there, though, we could walk to all the sights. Our room was beautiful and had a roof balcony. Breakfast was great, and the staff were very friendly.

We slept brilliantly: with the windows shut, the soundproofing kept out all the noise from the central street. The breakfast was glorious, and the hotel sits above an amazing cafe, so you barely need to leave. The receptionist was wonderful, eager to guide us, and thoughtful in every message. She helped make the stay better at every step. Thank you, team SCS!
