Ambra’s breakfast was unforgettable, from the beautifully arranged table and cappuccinos to the homemade jams, rolls, cakes, pastries, fresh fruit from her garden, juices, and yogurt at every table. The goat cheese ricotta and fruit-filled croissants were irresistible. I’d give her a 20 out of 10 if I could. This B&B in lovely, central Noto is amazing. Ambra, the hostess and owner, may be the best B&B host I’ve ever met. She’s smart, helpful, and incredibly organized, with printed maps and suggestions for Noto and nearby towns. Every morning she talks with each guest about their plans and offers tips on places to visit, driving, and parking. The rooms are clean, spacious, and elegantly decorated. We had a wonderful two-night stay at Villa Ambra. It’s away from the busy area but only a 10-15 minute walk from central Noto and its sights. Secure parking on site was included at no extra cost. Our room was inviting and very clean, with everything working properly. The highlight was the complimentary breakfast, an amazing spread of fruits, vegetables, pastries, and just about anything else you could want. Ambra was a friendly, helpful hostess, and her English was excellent. I’d give this B&B six stars if I could!

My wife and I had a lovely stay at Villa Ambra. The accommodations were great, and the staff were professional, courteous, and helpful. Breakfast was incredible, possibly the best we’ve ever had. We’d definitely stay again.

The local breakfast was fresh, homemade, and delicious, better than what I’ve had at five-star hotels. I’ve stayed at many hotels, B&Bs, and breakfast buffets, but this one really stood out. The huge, cozy roof terrace and the room’s amazing view of the city were lovely too. The room was clean, and the owner and staff were super helpful and friendly. We loved our stay and would love to come back!
