We were unsure about the lack of an address and having to find the place by coordinates, but Google found it easily. When we arrived, we were amazed. The place felt almost new and was well cared for, and we stayed about three days. Our kids loved the outdoor area and pool, and we had plenty of apricots to snack on each day. The owner was around often and was friendly and helpful.

“This is the villa of peace and love,” my daughter said 😂. She was right. Mrs. Teresa brings a sense of calm to every corner of the property. Everything is looked after with love, care, and passion, and we really felt at home. If you're after a relaxing family stay near Marzamemi, this is the place. Mrs. Teresa always pampers us and makes each visit feel special. One of the best places in Sicily ❤️

Surrounded by greenery and close to the beach and the Sicilian Baroque sights you shouldn't miss, the apartment had everything for a relaxing stay and then some: a pool, washing machine, lounge chairs, and a beach umbrella. Mrs. Teresa was extremely kind, quick to communicate, and available whenever we needed anything. I highly recommend it and would happily return on another trip to the area.

We received a very warm welcome. The house is fairly new, attractive, and set in a garden close to noto. It contains several modern apartments, with all the equipment provided and comfortable beds. A pleasant place to stay in the countryside.

We were a family of four in the upstairs apartment. It was spacious, clean, and modern, with everything we could need and more, including coffee, pastries, and homemade tomato sauce. The shared spaces and garden were lovely too, and well looked after. Highly recommended.
