The best part was the terrace, where we could enjoy the sea view. We stayed in the attic, which was clean and carefully finished down to the smallest detail. The kitchen worked perfectly in every way. Highly recommended.
The area is very quiet, and the attic is beautiful, spotlessly clean, and well equipped. Its terrace looks out over the sea. Noto is only a few kilometers away, and the location is convenient for visiting Modica, Ragusa, and Syracuse. The owners are very kind and attentive. We'll definitely return.
We loved the large terrace for meals and relaxing in the evening. The room was wonderful and VERY clean, inside a beautiful, well-kept villa. It's well placed for visiting Syracuse and Modica, and parking was easy on the street below. The owners were very kind and helpful. We'll definitely be back!
We stayed here last week and found the place clean, tidy, and equipped with all the comforts. The location is fantastic, with the beach just steps away and a wonderful terrace. Recommended.
The listing photos give a misleading impression because the upper apartment has a nicer view, with the sea visible, and is better equipped with a kitchen. That difference isn't made clear, so you can't tell which apartment you're booking.
