The food was our favorite part. I’d recommend booking breakfast and dinner, since the 5-6 course meals each evening felt like dining in a Michelin restaurant. They also put out an afternoon snack from 3-5 P.M., apple strudel one day and meat and cheese cuts another. The spa isn’t large, but it had what we needed: a sauna with a great view, a steam room and an outdoor pool with a view. Our room was a good size, well equipped, had a breathtaking mountain view, and even a heated bathroom floor. It was a wonderful 4-nights stay at this family owned hotel. Katja and the rest of the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and relaxed. You can tell they care about each guest. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

Nova Levante felt magical, with sunrises and sunsets so unreal that I felt like I was in another world. I’d love to return in spring, when nature is in full bloom. At the hotel, the small, tidy spa has an excellent sauna overlooking Rosengarten. The food is incredibly varied and Michelin-star level, and dinner is served to everyone at the same time, which gives the restaurant a lively feel, almost like eating out elsewhere. The hotel isn’t big, but it’s warm and cozy, and I felt more at home here than anywhere else I’ve stayed. The people working here are wonderful hosts, always smiling, kind and ready to help or spend time with you. Attached is a photo taken at 7 AM.

The owners, Katja, Christof, Annalena, and Konstantin, bring a personal touch to the whole hotel, and their care shows everywhere. We felt welcome from the start, with warm, attentive service from people who clearly love their work. The food was a real highlight, delicious and high quality, with lovely attention to detail at every meal. The spa was quiet, stylish and impeccably maintained, just right for relaxing. The place felt more like a 4-star hotel than a typical 3-star in its service, amenities and overall quality, and the value for money was outstanding and fair. The ambiance, cleanliness, organization and attention to detail were all right. We’d love to come back. Thank you for a wonderful getaway.

Every meal was a highlight, with quality ingredients and excellent flavor. The spa was beautiful and impeccably maintained, a great place to unwind and recharge. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt warm, relaxed and personal, and we were immediately at ease. The owners, Katja, Christof, Annalena, and Konstantin, showed genuine warmth and attention to detail throughout. The 3-star rating doesn’t really capture the service, amenities and overall feel, which seemed more like a 4-star experience. The value for money was exceptional too. A charming hotel full of personality that we’d gladly recommend and return to. 🌿✨
