Apparthotel Feldhof - Living and Bistro

I'm not usually someone who writes reviews, but I wanted to leave one as soon as I got home. The two gentlemen who run the place were extremely kind, though sadly I can't remember their names. My room was very warm and spotless, and the sheets and towels smelled lovely. Breakfast was simple but delicious, with walnut bread and jam. I'd gladly stay here again if I'm ever back in the area.

The location is wonderfully quiet, yet the center of Deutschnofen and the bus station are only a three-minute walk away. Elisabeth and Luis look after their six-room house with real care, and it's easy to feel at home there. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and well maintained, with lovely balconies, though a little dated. Breakfast is hugely generous, with sweet and savory choices, freshly made eggs and coffee, and Elisabeth and Luis are happy to handle requests. Six stars would be deserved if that were possible!

There's a handy little sitting space with a table for planning outings, and the rooms are large, clean, and comfortable, even if a bit old-fashioned. Breakfast is generous and well stocked, with nothing missing. This is a family-run place where you really feel part of the family. Ms. Elisabeth and her husband are both lovely and friendly, and they gave us a small gift at the end of our holiday, which we appreciated so much. We had a great time and highly recommend this bed and breakfast.

Elisabeth was genuinely glad to cater to all our dietary needs, and the breakfast spread was varied and generous, with authentic local products. We had lots of room, a comfortable and very clean room, plus a balcony full of flowers. The central location still gave us privacy and freedom to come and go, and a hike with views of the Val d'Ega massifs was close by. A warm welcome at Haus Elisabeth, highly recommended.
