Erica Wellness and Vitality Hotel

Getting around was so easy. We took the bus from Munich to Bozen, then public transport, which stops right at the hotel door at the Erica station. No car needed unless you want to head out into the wild after 18. For skiing, just tell the hotel when you want to go and come back, and its free shuttle gets you there in 10 minutes. You can rent equipment at the store five minutes down the road, then pick it up in the hotel's depot by the shuttle. No need to bring your own shoes to the lifts. It's really door to slopes and back, with ski passes supplied by the hotel, though you pay for them yourself. Super convenient and stress free! We stayed in the Schlern room, which was spacious, comfortable, quiet, and cozy. The food was amazing every day, from breakfast through dinner, and we used the modern, really nice sauna area every day. We loved our experience here and would recommend it 100%.

We had a good stay overall. The food was varied and tasty, with a good salad buffet and a menu at dinner. There were several sauna options, lovely relaxation chairs, and a self-service tea corner with dried fruit to enjoy in the spa. The hotel also runs nice free tours with a professional guide. We went on two with Moris, and they were really fun, especially the sunrise tour. Staff were discreet and polite. I’d avoid the spa treatments, though. I had a facial cleaning and immediately got huge spots on my forehead. The manicure, pedicure, and other treatments weren’t very good either.

The setting was beautiful, and the rooms were quite tidy and nice. It was an okay hotel for skiing, all in all, but not worth the money. The staff were far from friendly, and the food didn’t live up to what you’d expect from fine Italian cuisine. The wellness area staff seemed awkward and uninterested in social contact with guests, even though they’re among the staff members who interact with guests most often.

The rooms were elegant, clean, and felt safe. There are warm shared spaces, a great spa with highly professional service, and a high-quality kitchen. It’s a peaceful, wonderful place with excellent staff. We felt welcome and grateful, and can’t wait to return soon! Roberta
