The ski depot is modern and roomy, right beside the lift, so getting out in the morning is easy and skiing back to the hotel at day’s end is simple. The rooms were quiet, comfortable, and well designed, just right for resting after a full day on the slopes. What really stood out was the food: breakfast and dinner offered plenty of choice, quality ingredients, and beautifully presented dishes that felt closer to fine dining than a typical hotel restaurant. From arrival onward, the staff were warm, attentive, and ready to help. The atmosphere is cozy with a high-end feel, without being stiff. Whether you’re here to ski seriously or relax in the Dolomites, Sporthotel Obereggen makes the whole trip feel special. I’d happily return.

We loved this hotel and would absolutely come back! The food was delicious, one of the highlights for us, and the staff were so friendly and happy to help. The location is spot on, really close to the slopes, and the ski depot is very convenient. After a long day skiing, the relaxed, cozy atmosphere and nice spa area were just what we needed.

Dinner was a highlight, with a tasty five-course meal each evening and a different menu every night. Breakfast was excellent too, and the wine selection was very nice with reasonable prices. The hotel is right by the ski lift, which made everything so convenient. Staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and ready to help with a smile. We also loved the spa and the super cozy bar. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at, and a fantastic experience.

A nice spot to sit and unwind for a while. The schnitzel was top notch, and the Aperol spritz was great too. Staff were friendly and found a table for six for us even though it was busy.

We had a great time here as a family with kids and elderly parents. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service was excellent. It’s a bit far from the area’s main attractions, but since it was summer and very hot in the valley, we were glad to have the cooler weather up in the mountains.
