Carlotte made the pool experience fantastic with amazing service. She's a gem. The villa itself is beautiful, the atmosphere is great, and the food is fresh and really good.

Arianna helped make our stay more pleasant, thank you 🌹 The staff speak English, which is pretty rare around here, and the service feels like a five-star hotel. Everything is clean, and it's a really lovely place ❤️

The staff were the one good thing, the ladies were very polite and friendly. I feel bad posting this because of them, but the place was in really bad shape. The rooms were dirty, freezing cold, and completely run-down. Four stars? Forget it, minus four stars. I haven't stayed in a hotel this dilapidated in years. Please avoid it.

The Italian breakfast, just coffee and one pastry, was fine. We were happy with the comfortable rooms in this nice villa, even if the reality felt less posh than the promo photos suggested.

The food is really good, and the staff are all friendly. Rooms are spacious and clean, with modern decor. Best hotel in Novellara, I'd recommend it for a nice holiday!
