Monte Pirastru Country Resort

The owner, Mr. Alberto, went way beyond what he had to do when my car was having trouble. He drove out to get a spare part and fitted it for me without asking for anything. I can’t thank him enough. Monte Pirastu is a rare find, tucked in nature and very quiet, with welcoming staff and fantastic food. The fish dinner came in portions about three times the usual size, and the ingredients were superb. Breakfast was sweet, delicious, and generous too. I’d recommend not missing a stay here.

We had a lovely holiday even with the weather up in the air, thanks to the indoor pool. The rooms were tidy and clean, the restaurant was amazing, and the staff were friendly and ready to help.

Set in a beautiful forest, the place is a treat for the eyes and soul, such a relaxing location. I ate at the restaurant and can vouch for the excellent quality, with ingredients that were very fresh and well prepared. The staff were so friendly. Five stars don’t feel like enough.

Alberto made us feel very welcome with his kindness and helpfulness. The hotel and restaurant are beautiful, tucked among cork oaks, and the dishes were delicious, full of flavor, and high quality. It’s an enchanting, dreamlike place. I really recommend staying here and, especially, sitting down for a meal. You won’t regret it :)
