Giovanna was so kind and ready to help with anything. We also made use of the shared kitchen to cook, and borrowed bikes to look around the area. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the sea was just a short walk away. We had a great stay.

We loved how quiet it was, even though the sea and town center were only a few minutes away on foot. It worked really well as a starting point for bike trips. We stayed four days as a couple and could lock our bikes away safely in the garden, behind a fence that blocked the view in, with the gate kept locked. The owner was lovely and very helpful. Her shop is worth a visit too, she sells fresh fish and makes incredibly tasty gourmet fish sandwiches.

We really liked being able to use the shared fridge, with a separate shelf for each room, even though we chose to eat out every time. The kitchen also had all the dishes and appliances needed to make a meal. Breakfast was excellent and there was plenty to choose from. The room was cleaned daily, and the private parking was a nice extra. The location made it quick to get to the beach and the center of Numana. We stayed in the last week of June and had a very positive experience. Giovanna was kind and helpful right away. Then there was Lola, Giovanna's dog. We never got to pet her during the week because she's a bit wary. We tried crackers to win her over, but no luck :)). Thanks, Giovanna, Agnese, and Lola, for making the stay special!!! Getting to the center of Numana takes around 10 minutes, including the uphill and downhill walk, and the beach is about 5 minutes away. It's a peaceful, lovely B&B in a great spot, with Giovanna as a kind and helpful host. I'd definitely recommend it and plan to come back.
