The beach is only a short walk away, and the rooms feel bright, freshly decorated, and really clean. Daniele was a wonderful host, with plenty of tips on restaurants, beaches, and things to see. We had a great time and would highly recommend it.

The balcony was a lovely spot to watch both sunrise and sunset, with a beautiful sea view over Numana. I came across this place by chance and felt lucky to find it. The rooms are nearly new, clean, and well cared for, and the location works well for both the beach and exploring. Mr. Daniele was kind and always available, with good suggestions for beaches, visits, and places to eat. A lovely choice for a seaside break.

Leaving Numana View after the holiday was the hard part! The rooms are welcoming and lovely, and housekeeping was excellent. It’s just steps from the beach, with a beautiful view of the sea. Daniele made us feel welcome and was always on hand with information and help. Truly top-notch.

Daniele was a perfect host, so kind and helpful. We had a dream sea view from our beautiful room, and the place feels peaceful despite being so close to the beach. A unique view and top-notch service. Highly recommend it. Well done.

We had such a good time here. The rooms were spotless and tidy, and the owner was welcoming and always ready with advice on getting around, places to eat, and itineraries. It’s easy to walk to the beach, and it’s also a handy base for exploring the Conero area. I highly recommend it.
