Alessandra was helpful with absolutely everything, and I would've given more stars if I could! The room was cozy and clean, just steps from the sea and town center. Truly the best.

We were very happy with our three days here, especially for the value. Alessandra, the owner, was kind and helpful. There are two bedrooms, which I think are identical. Ours was spacious, very clean, and had a TV, air conditioning, and everything we needed. The reserved parking is at the lot by the town entrance, about a 10-minute walk away. Bars and restaurants are close by, and the sea is too. The small beach takes about 10 minutes to reach down a steep road or a flight of steps. Numana Bassa beach is another 10 minutes on foot via the marina. Shuttle services are available for both return trips, including to Sirolo. We had a great stay, and I'd recommend it to anyone who wants the essentials without expecting too much.

Alessandra was incredibly kind and always there when we needed something. We stayed for four days in mid-September, just the two of us. It's a wonderful base for walking to the Conero's prettiest beaches, or heading inland instead. Highly recommended 😉

The room and bathroom were spotless and well equipped, and the price was just right. We spent a few days in Numana at this simple B&B, run by a really nice woman. We'll definitely return.
