The pool has a lovely view over the countryside, and the place itself is beautiful. The rooms feel brand new, are spotless and well maintained, and have air conditioning. It's a bit of a walk to the coast, so having a car is ideal. There's underground parking, though the spaces are small and a smaller car would be better. The high-tech security doors made us feel very safe, and there are nice gazebos for breakfast.

It's a small, recently built residence with just a few apartments. The rooms are roomy, nicely furnished, and have what you need for a 6-7 day stay. It's quiet, and both the sea and town center are about a 10-minute walk away. I especially appreciated the underground parking. Thanks to Attilio and Tommaso for helping us.

The location is strategic. This place seems better for mid-season or summer; even with the heat pump, it was too cold in winter.

We had a wonderful week and would come back. The area is beautiful, and the sea is stunning. Attilio was welcoming and ready to help with any request. The residence and our duplex apartment were beautiful and consistently clean. The AC kept the apartment warm, which we really needed. The service was excellent, with clean linens and laundry always provided, and we had a lot of fun in the wonderful pool. The price felt fair, and we met some truly unique families to spend time with. The main drawback is the bathroom. It's far too small, there are no robe hooks, and the stairs sit so close to the bathroom door that it could be easy to slip. The other spaces are great, and the very large terrace has a beautiful sea view, though I'd add an awning. The outdoor wood needs fixing, a small issue, though I understand the sea air takes its toll. The white sofas and tables outside are lovely, and it's wonderful there on breezy evenings. There are climbs because of the terrain, but shuttle buses are available. It was a lovely stay, and I'll be back.

We had to leave early during our overnight stay because something came up, and we gave practically no notice. Alessio handled it with kindness and professionalism. The property was immaculately clean and sits a little away from the seafront bustle, which made it relaxing while still close to everything. A really positive experience, highly recommended 😊
