10/10
The meals were a real highlight, with plenty of choice, good quality, and generous portions at both breakfast and dinner. Every part of the hotel seemed well coordinated, from the reception to the bar terrace and pool, where staff were especially kind and helpful. The resort is beautiful and spotless, with lovely spaces and a garden. Wellness, the pool, spacious parking, and transport to the beach all added to the experience. We haven't had a stay like this in a long time. The family clearly runs the hotel with great care, and the staff work together beautifully. Congratulations, you have our admiration. We'd be very happy to return.

The grounds were lovely, and we had a great aperitif. Service was excellent. The spa, saunas, and pool were fantastic and very clean.

They made us and our dog feel right at home, and took wonderful care of him. The staff were kind, attentive, and very professional. Hotel Giardino Spa has a charming, relaxing atmosphere, and all the services were excellent. Everything was handled with care, which made the stay comfortable and memorable. Highly recommended!

The place and garden are beautiful, the service is excellent, and we found the renovated rooms and spa very pleasant. But for a four-star hotel, the room was missing some basics: bottled drinking water, a fridge, and coffee. There were no hotel slippers either. Staff said they could be bought for 3 euros, though in the end we weren't charged despite being told there was an extra fee. A bathrobe also costs an extra 5 euros. This is a big drawback, especially since the spa is one of the hotel's main attractions.

Our room was great, with a terrace, though the nearby road could get noisy when the windows were open. I'd ask for a room on the opposite side for a better stay. We were there for a few days in May, before the restaurant opened, so we tried the many restaurants in beautiful Numana and Sirolo. The facilities, including the pool, terrace, and spa, were in great condition and very clean. The garden is well kept, and the reception staff were friendly and helpful. Recommended.
