I Principi del Conero

We always end up coming back for a few quiet, restful days at Principi del Conero. Sara is a SuperHost and gave us great suggestions for excursions, events, and local food. The rooms feel brand new and welcoming, with everything needed for a good holiday, including beach service and breakfast at local bakeries and bars. They were clean and smelled fresh. It's become our regular place for a short break. Highly recommended, and we'll be back soon.

Sara was so kind and helpful, and the apartment had everything we needed. The covered parking was useful, and having beach service was a big plus. It's just steps from the center. Excellent place.

Breakfast was delicious, served through a partnership with a bar and bakery overlooking the sea, and the property also provides a beach umbrella. We stayed for four days in mid-September for our final summer break. The room was spotless and cleaned every day, and the owners were extremely helpful. The location was excellent, with the sea right across the street and popular beaches and towns worth visiting within a 10-minute drive. The property itself is very nice. Highly recommended.

The location is central, with the beach just a two-minute walk away. Filo di Grano is only steps from the property, and we ate well there. The deli is amazing. Our rooms were clean, attractive, and had every comfort, including a kettle and coffee maker. There was also a basket with waffles, biscuits, Nutella, sugar, and jams, plus breakfast at the nearby bar. The owner gave us a very warm welcome and was incredibly kind. Kudos to all the staff, I highly recommend staying here!
