Angelo was a wonderful host, friendly, helpful, and full of good suggestions for places to visit and eat. The rooms are in a quiet building where the owner lives, with free parking in the courtyard, and it’s an easy walk of under ten minutes to the Marcelli seafront. Inside, the rooms are bright and immaculately clean, with new, simple furnishings, a mini-fridge, coffee maker, and kettle. The bathroom is roomy and clean, with a shower, and the bed was comfortable. The photos don’t really show how nice Nel Conero Affittacamere is in person. Highly recommended!

Angelo and Erika really made us feel at home, and Erika was quick to help when we arrived, with useful tips on how to enjoy the Conero Riviera. We stayed nine nights as a family of three, starting July 7, so we got to know the place well. The people running the complex were extremely kind and always available. Our studio was on the third floor, fully renovated, and there’s both a lift and stairs, which came in handy with luggage and shopping. The building, fenced garden, and indoor parking were kept so clean and tidy that it felt like a proper four-star hotel. Angelo is an expert at sharing advice and stories, and made us fall for the whole region. The beach is only a few minutes away on foot, clean and convenient, with a great restaurant and bar. Their professionalism and genuine warmth came through at a particularly difficult moment life sometimes brings. Angelo and Erika, congratulations, you passed with flying colors. A top-class stay.

We’ve just come back from four days and had a lovely time. The room was comfortable and very clean, and the woman who greeted us was so kind and gave us lots of helpful information. It’s easy to find and well placed, in a peaceful setting that works well if you want to leave the car parked and explore on foot or by bike. I’d gladly recommend them!

The studio apartment was excellent, and the owner was kind enough to provide a cake for my daughter’s birthday, along with tips for exploring the area. This B&B is especially good for its cleanliness, spacious rooms, tasteful new furnishings, and friendly owners. It’s not right on the beach, which is under a ten-minute walk away, but the private, well-kept setting is very pleasant and there’s handy parking on site. Rooms have balconies, outdoor tables, coffee makers, and what you need for a light breakfast.
