The terrace has a stunning panorama, and the location is nice. But the flat needs serious attention. The furniture is really old, the wardrobe smelled of cigarette smoke, the bathroom needs a complete renovation, and the cleaning was superficial. We left it in better hygienic condition than we found it. The pool was full of insects too. It's about a 15-minute walk to the beach. Since the flat is on a hill, be ready for the climb. With kids or elderly people, a car is needed.

The view is wonderful, and the apartment has plenty of space. The little garden is kept up well too. Air conditioning is included in the price this year! Getting back from the beach means a pleasant uphill walk, though the buses seem to run more often downhill. A shuttle would be a good idea.

The owners are very kind and helpful, and they even run a shuttle to the beaches. It’s a peaceful, clean, well-kept place with a lovely view of the Conero and a location that makes it easy to get around. Dog owners can find a beautiful beach with convenient parking about 2 km away, near the mouth of the Musone River. A nice spot for a few relaxing days.

The location is lovely, with a beautiful view and amenities a short walk away. That’s about all I can say in its favor. The two-room apartment was old, with a bedroom separated by a folding door and a bathroom in terrible shape that needs renovating. We paid €700.00 for five days, which was ridiculously overpriced. Apart from the polite welcome, the husband and owner was rude.
