Valerio was incredibly helpful, even arranging a voucher for a good discount at a top restaurant. We stayed in the top-floor apartment, with a huge balcony overlooking the main piazza. It was a lovely spot for dinner made in the well-equipped kitchen. The apartment is right in the centre of beautiful Numana, and the lovely beach is an easy ten-minute walk away.

Valerio’s enthusiasm for his town and for hosting really came through. He took time to share tips about the area, and his warm welcome made our stay feel special. We felt at home in both the property and the city, almost like locals. The central location put bars, shops, and restaurants close by, and the stunning views over the conero cliffs are within walking distance. Our newly refurbished room was clean and practical, with a big comfortable bed, air conditioning, and a great shower. Grazie mille Valerio, hope to see you soon!

The owner was in touch before we arrived and sent all the information we needed for getting there. Once we reached the place, he suggested ways to explore Numana town and enjoy some Italian food. Such a lovely place and host, in a very good location.

We had a wonderful ten-day stay at Viverenumana in August. Our group of 11, with five adults and six children, rented three apartments, and everyone had an unforgettable holiday. We came because of the great reviews and found that the stay lived up to them. The apartments had what we needed, although we were usually out enjoying the area. The beach was a short walk away, and the lively piazza was right outside, with cafés, restaurants, and plenty of local character. Valerio made everything easier and more memorable. He recommended restaurants, helped arrange beach beds and a hire car, and shared useful local tips. Viverenumana was a perfect base for our family trip. We were sad to leave and will definitely return. Thank you, Valerio, for making it so special!
