Terry's House

Affordable, in a great location, and the staff are so friendly. I also left a shirt behind, and they sent it back to me. Lovely place, highly recommend.

Clean, comfortable, and easy. Simply perfect.

The mattress was the worst part, so thin and uncomfortable I could feel every piece of the bed frame. I've never slept on one like it. The roller blinds were broken too. There were other issues as well. We had to tune the TV ourselves before it would work. The minibar wasn't very clean and was empty. Since we arrived late at night, even a small bottle of water would have been welcome, paid for if needed. There was a coffee machine in the entrance hall, so maybe a water dispenser could be added. The bathroom was clean, but the cover over the water valves had fallen onto the floor, whether broken or simply left there I don't know. The shower head holder was broken and ended up on the shower floor. The sink faucet was loose, and the toiletries were sparse, just one shower gel per guest and no bar of soap. Breakfast was included in the rate and paid for ahead of time, but it wasn't provided. We went to a nearby bar and paid for breakfast ourselves. Such a shame. With more upkeep and attention to guests, this could be a beautiful place. As it stands, I definitely wouldn't recommend it.

Good value for money, with beautiful rooms on the third floor. Booking through a booking site gets you a code for the main entrance and the name of your room. Open the room door and the key is inside. Recommended.
