The room was spacious and spotless, breakfast was excellent with plenty of hot vegetarian choices and fresh honeycomb, and the staff were genuinely helpful. Parking was roomy and easy to get around, with no tight spots. We stayed the night before visiting Ferrara, and this ended up being the best hotel of our Italian trip this year. We paid much more at other hotels, but none came close for comfort, service, or value. A great stay at a great price.

The hotel is pleasant enough for a short stay, even if the location isn't perfect. Rooms are clean and supplied, but don't count on a good shower: even at its hottest, it felt cold. The key cards also failed to open the doors about half the time. Dinner was alright, and breakfast had a wide selection, with plenty of supplies like toasters, coffee machines, and juice dispensers. I'd recommend it for a one-night stop while traveling in Italy.

The rooms and atmosphere are good, and the restaurant food was tasty overall, though a bit expensive. The location is something everyone can judge for themselves. But the staff were impolite and had a bad attitude toward me as a guest. I felt treated like a refugee crossing the border. Hardly forgettable, unfortunately. Not tourist friendly.

A clean hotel and good value for money, with very courteous and kind staff. It's right next to the motorway gates, so it worked great for a rest during a long journey. Breakfast was surprisingly rich for the usual Italian croissant standard. Just be aware of a place a few hundred meters away: it serves good pizza, but also has loud live concerts.
