The central location is the real plus here. There are three small rooms, as far as I could tell, up the second flight of stairs. Having the bathroom outside the room made the stay pretty uncomfortable.

I never got to see the property, since my reservation was canceled without my authorization. My complaint is about how this was handled, not about the place itself, which may well be enchanting. The owner apparently left Booking reservations open while the property was closed. After that mistake, I would have expected an alternative arrangement as an apology for the trouble. Instead, I got a brief two-line message and a cancellation pushed at me. That felt unprofessional and clueless. That's no way to do the job. Plenty of people in this business handle things admirably and make up for colleagues' shortcomings. Thanks for the lack of courtesy, and have a good day.

Offida is such a charming place, and we had a lovely stay, helped along by the owner's willingness to assist. The stairs were the only problem for us because of health issues. They're very steep.

A clean, atmospheric place with real character, and the welcome was warm, friendly, and helpful!
