We landed late in August and just needed a place in Olbia for one night. The free parking right in front was handy since we had a car, and the air conditioning worked well. The rest of the room was clean, but the toilet hadn’t been cleaned. Breakfast downstairs was in a windowless room and didn’t feel like a four-star setup. The coffee from the old automatic machine was horrible; we’d been hoping for proper Italian-style coffee. It was OK for a single night, though the four-star rating left us a little disappointed.

When we ran into unexpected health problems, the staff stepped in right away and made sure we felt safe and looked after. They were so kind and professional, and we’re truly grateful. Highly recommend them!

We had to extend our stay by half a day, and the hotel sorted it out without any fuss. The room was cleaned and tidied every day, and they even put our clothes away. Staff were lovely and accommodating, breakfast was good, and the location made getting around easy, with bus stops right outside and Olbia a five-minute walk away. A superb stay.

We found it good value, with a very helpful manager and very good service. The hotel is conveniently placed for the bus stops, railway station and centre. We had an early bus and needed to leave before breakfast, which was a shame.

10/10
We had a pleasant stay, and the location made it easy to walk into the centre or get to the airport bus stop. The room was spacious enough, with a comfortable bed, good furnishings and a nice bathroom. Air conditioning worked very well, and we got fresh towels and cleaning every day. Both receptionists were friendly and helpful. Mr Gianluca quickly sorted out a problem for us, saving us a lot of time and money.
