I stayed here for over a month and loved the location, right in the middle of Olbia's pedestrian area, surrounded by restaurants, shops, and lively terraces, with the port and sea nearby. Antonio was kind and attentive, and went out of his way to make the stay a good one. One room has a small kitchen with everything needed, including a washing machine, which was really handy for a longer visit. I highly recommend the place!

The rooms were spacious and nice, with a good bathroom, and the location is right around the centre of Olbia's old town. Still, the building smelled a bit damp. Maybe that's why the apartments had so much scented air freshener. There was also rat droppings on the tiny balcony. At arrival we were asked to pay tourist tax in cash. That seems to be normal, but it hadn't been mentioned while booking.

We booked expecting the lovely room and modern, renovated bathroom shown on Booking.com, but the reality was a dusty, unattractive room and an old-fashioned, dirty bathroom with a strong urine smell. There was no balcony either, just a window looking onto an ugly, dirty patio. We also saw rats running through the building from under the stairs in the basement, twice during our short stay. It was a terrible experience. We had to leave the accommodation and lose our money. The host didn't even ask why the room wasn't to our liking.

The bed was comfortable, and the location is handy: in central Olbia, between the main bus stops, train station and port. Cafes, bars and restaurants are two minutes away, and the town's biggest supermarket is about ten minutes away. The booking didn't include the tax, which you have to pay there in cash. This is a room in an apartment, and some rooms have bathrooms outside them, so there's traffic noise in the corridor by your door. The place also had a heavy smell. The cleaning lady comes after every checkout at 10 am and cleans very loudly.
