We found Delta Rooms handy for a quick night in Olbia, especially on a budget. It’s functional and friendly, though definitely not a luxury resort. The room was clean, with no odd smells beyond the cleaning products, and the A/C handled the Sardinian heat well. Check-in is listed as 4 to 8 PM, but clear WhatsApp instructions let us check ourselves in, which was useful outside those hours. Valeria at the front desk also suggested Spiaggia La Cinta instead of spending two hours trying to get into crowded La Pelosa Beach. It was about 35 minutes away, relaxed, and had a Brazilian feel with lots of locals. A good fit for a layover, students, solo travelers, or anyone needing an affordable place for one night.

We couldn't sleep at all. The hotel had a concert going until 3:00 am, and the music in the middle of the night was unbearable. When I asked the bar staff when the show would end, they lied to me. Please don't stay in these rooms if you want to sleep. Horrible hotel!

No rest here. There were music lessons and drilling noise, and the elevator wasn't working, so we had to haul all our luggage up two floors ourselves. Very bad, wouldn't recommend it.

The room was hot because the air conditioning didn't work, and it also smelled bad. I told the person handling check-in, but all they could do was apologize and say nothing could be done. I'd strongly avoid this “hotel”.
